Exterior Painting

This commercial block building was showing its age, with chalky paint and fading curb appeal. We gave it the full treatment—scraping, priming, repairing, and spraying it back to life with a crisp satin black masonry topcoat. The end result is sharp, durable, and ready for signage.

Exterior House Painting

The house and garage were showing heavy peeling and sun-fade, so we did it right: scrape to sound paint, spot-prime bare wood, and caulk the seams before finish coats. Two coats of premium exterior acrylic locked it down for weather resistance and long service life. The new grey-on-white scheme sharpens the trim and lifts curb appeal.

Exterior Residential Painting

Time to give this house a crisp update: the natural block was cleaned, primed with a masonry bonding primer, and finished in an elegant white for a bright, even face. We masked the windows and joints, cut clean lines, and rolled/sprayed for a smooth, durable coat. A matching satin-black garage door ties into the entry doors for a simple, modern palette that sharpens the curb appeal.

Deck Staining

This deck was overdue for a new finish. We cleaned the surface, tightened fasteners, spot-sanded wear paths, and brushed on two uniform coats of exterior stain to bring the grain back to life. The warmer tone adds invitation and sheds water properly—ready for foot traffic, furniture, and Midwest weather.

Nothing refreshes a home’s look like a brand-new coat of paint. Bright, clean siding gives the whole property a sharp update that stands out on the block. And of course, the garage gets the same care to complete the transformation.
