How much do you charge per hour?

We quote projects based on the job, not by the clock. Rates of $60–75/hr for skilled work and $50–60/hr for general labor are used to estimate fair project pricing. If a job is quoted at two hours and takes three, the price stays the same — you pay the quoted total, not hourly overages.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. All official estimates are free. Our Job Smasher Assistant can provide rough, photo-based or virtual estimates to give homeowners a ballpark idea. However, only estimates given after direct contact are valid for actual job pricing. In-person visits may be needed for accurate measurements, and those are also free within our service area.

How soon can you start the job?

Most small projects can typically be scheduled within 3–7 days. Larger or multi-room jobs are usually set 1–2 weeks out, though during busy seasons like spring, scheduling may extend further. We’re always upfront about availability during the estimate and do our best to accommodate urgent repairs as quickly as possible.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Bluffton, Ossian, Markle, and the greater Wells County area. Jobs outside this service area may include a small travel charge depending on distance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cashier’s checks or money orders. Personal checks are accepted from existing customers. For projects over $250, a 50% deposit is typically required, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Do you supply materials?

Customers typically provide materials, but we can handle pickup for a $25 trip charge. Materials are billed separately at store cost. We also create Lowe’s material lists for your convenience.

Do you clean up after the job?

Yes. Cleanup is included in every service. We make sure your home or workspace is left neat, safe, and ready for use.
