Responsibilities
- Perform quality work across a wide variety of home and business improvement tasks.
- Use strong communication and problem-solving skills on active job sites.
- Work well with limited supervision while also coordinating with other crew members.
- Lead and motivate others to stay productive, careful, and focused on the finished result.
- Paint, drywall, handle light electrical work, landscape, flooring, trim, repairs, and related tasks.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in similar residential or commercial repair work.
- Knowledge of repair, improvement, installation, maintenance, and practical jobsite problem solving.
- Leadership experience or the ability to coordinate a small crew effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
